Neuman’s Property Services is a property cleanup and landscape company based in Bushnell, Florida. We serve homeowners in The Villages and the towns around it. Landscape rock restoration
Old rock beds go gray and fill up with weeds. Most people assume the only fix is tearing it all out and buying new stone. Usually it isn’t. We reuse the rock you already have when it makes sense, and that can save you real money.
- Pull the weeds and lift the rock
- Rinse the dirt and debris out of the stone
- Put down fresh weed barrier where the old one failed
- Set the rock back, level it, and cut a clean edge

What does Neuman's Property Services do?
We clean up overgrown properties and fix up landscape beds. That means clearing brush and fence lines, cleaning and re-setting old landscape rock, putting in mulch and weed barrier, trimming or taking out small trees and shrubs, pressure washing, and hauling storm debris away. We’re based in Bushnell, Florida.
Do you mow lawns?
No. Mowing is not what we do. We’re the people you call when the beds have gone weedy, the brush has taken over, or a property needs a real cleanup. Plenty of good lawn companies handle the weekly mowing.
Where do you work?
We work in The Villages, Bushnell, Wildwood, Oxford, Lady Lake, Fruitland Park, Leesburg, Clermont, Winter Garden, Inverness, and Brooksville. If you’re within about an hour of Bushnell, call and ask. We’ll tell you straight if you’re too far.

Can you save my old landscape rock instead of replacing it?
Usually, yes. Most rock beds look bad because the weed barrier underneath failed, not because the rock is worn out. We lift the rock, rinse the dirt out of it, put fresh fabric down, and set it back. That normally costs less than buying all new stone. If a bed is thin, we top it off with matching rock.
Can you clean up a property that is badly overgrown?
Yes. Overgrown yards, vacant houses, rentals between tenants, and properties being cleared out after a death are a big part of our work. We do the clearing, trimming, and haul-away in one visit where we can. See overgrown property cleanup.
